The recruiters were really nice. They asked me questions based on my feel, what can I contribute to the company, and my skills. Overall, it was very positive, and they concluded on a light note that while it is a competitive position, I can always re-utilise if it didn't go every bit intended.

I practical on LinkedIn, i think they practise most of their recruiting through there. They asked me for a 30 min interview, and then they asked me to do a 4 hour edit exam. They took about 3-iv weeks to reply between each stage despite numerous follow-ups.

About two weeks after the commencement interview I was contacted to do an edit exam in which I had to pitch 5 stories and write one during a four hour time menses. Around a week later I was offered a 2nd interview with 2 more senior editors. This was a video interview, though still pretty informal. Two weeks after I was offered the position.

Definitely fashion too much to be ghosted. Interview, writing cess, and final interview. The edit test was a timed 3 hr test. Overall, information technology was fine merely it's rude to not fifty-fifty let someone know after three rounds.

Practical on their website and was contacted to consummate a telephone interview. It went well and I was given a timed 2 hour edit test to complete. I did well on that and was scheduled to encounter with iv other people via Zoom (2 for 30 mins then the other two for 30 mins, totaling an hour). I ever sent thanks emails, followed up a week subsequently, etc. After my final interview I followed up twice before receiving a response that they would permit me know and were all the same considering me. Followed upwardly a month afterwards to be told they had filled the role and forgot to tell me. Asked for feedback and received no response. Disappointing given how much time and effort went into their interview process on my end.
