Pro tip - browning the meat will add a nice flavor from the caramelization and besides take away any meaty smells.

Add the spices and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook until the meat is cooked. Then, add the cilantro and vinegar. Taste and accommodate seasoning.

Puff Pastry
